Specialty Claims Services, Inc. (SCS) is a provider of Outsourced Self
Administered commercial claim handling for insurers, insureds and self insureds.
Specialty Claims Services, Inc (SCS) is located in suburban Philadelphia. Our
claims team has extensive experience handling claims throughout the country. Our
claims system enables us to download claim information immediately so that it is
available to all parties of interest.
SCS currently handles all types of property and liability claims.
Outsourced Self Administration
SCS developed the concept of Outsourced Self Administration (OSA) as an
enhancement to traditional third party claims administration. SCS believes
Outsourced Self Administration, OSA, is a more collaborative effort to obtain
all the benefits of having an in-house claim department (service, business
knowledge, financial control) but also capitalize on the expertise,
specialization and cost benefits of a dedicated claims organization.
We partner with our clients to design a claims handling product that meets the
individual service requirements of their organization. SCS gets to know the
business of its clients extensively, because they know that will produce better
overall claim outcomes. We tailor our banking and management
information to each client individually. This provides better cash flow
management and financial reporting within the client organization.
